Best Western Plus Bentley Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa

The room was great, a good size and it had a nice bathroom too. The shower was a bit temperamental, and there were insufficient lights, but apart from that, the bed was very comfortable, and the hair dryer, tea and coffee etc. all worked well and were nice. A great (good value for money) breakfast. Very friendly staff, and a nice swimming pool.

Food good quality and fair choice on menu. Pool.and gym facilities, sofa in room, helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Comfy bed and good quality duvet and pillows.

Location was excellent with a fabulous garden centre next door and a couple of places to eat within a short walking distance (inc McDonald's). The swimming pool is large, warm and there is also a sauna in the pool area. We didn't use the gym so cannot comment on it. The breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot foods to choose from and the staff were very quick and friendly. A big thumbs up on all counts really.

Close to family we were visiting, close to city. Good facilities/restaurants etc nearby. Clean, comfortable, good facilities nearby. Close to the city. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable The two seats on the table was nice so you can read a paper and have a coffee in the bathroom was nice and clean over all the room was pretty good.
